In the third quarter of 2022, the top 5 theme park apps in the United States demonstrated diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users on a unified platform. Here’s a closer look at the performance of these apps:

My Disney Experience saw a steady weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $129K in the first week of September. Weekly downloads experienced a downward trend, starting at 75K in late June and dropping to around 50K by the end of September. Active users also saw a decline from 306K to 271K over the quarter.

Disneyland® had a consistent weekly revenue, with minor fluctuations and a peak of about $30K in mid-September. Weekly downloads started strong at 75K in late June, then dipped to just under 54K in mid-August before rebounding to 62K by the end of September. Active users decreased from 184K to 165K throughout the quarter.

Universal Orlando Resort did not generate any revenue during this period. Weekly downloads began at 44K in late June, gradually decreasing to approximately 22K by the end of September. Active users also declined from 136K to around 104K in the same period.

Universal Studios Hollywood™ had no revenue during the third quarter. Downloads started at 32K in late June, saw a peak of 36K in mid-September, and ended at 35K by the end of the quarter. Active users showed a slight increase from 52K to 56K by the end of September.

Six Flags also did not generate revenue in Q3 2022. Weekly downloads saw a significant drop from 49K in late June to around 17K by the end of September. Active users decreased from 122K to about 78K over the quarter.
